Proper Diet for Young Models
Modeling is a glamour profession where the best of health is an absolute requirement as also is one’s looks and body appearance. So how do the young models stay fit and slim? All the nutrients should be included in the diet in the right measure. The main nutrients which are carbohydrates, proteins and fats should be present in the right proportion. Minerals include potassium, salt, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, selenium, chromium and others. Vitamins and fiber are essential for the proper growth of the models’ bodies. Then there must be exercise as well if the models have to maintain a healthy and slim figure for modeling.
Many a time, young models may be tempted to eat a lot of junk food but they have to fight this temptation if they are to make it big someday. Teen models, especially, are very prone to acne and eating oily food can give them a bad eruption which can mar their face so they have to take extra care.
